Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes — switch any time from the billing page. If you're studying more than one cert this year, annual pays for itself fast.
What happens when my subscription or purchase expires?
You drop to the free tier automatically — 5 questions per quiz. Your past scores and history stay intact.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page, keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. No cancellation email gauntlet.
Do you offer a plan for teams or organisations?
Yes. The Teams tier covers seat management, per-employee progress reporting, and invoicing (not credit-card-only). Volume pricing is available on request — use the Contact us button on the Teams card and we'll follow up.
