for teams
Run your cert programme without the babysitting.
You own the cert budget, the completion quota, and the Monday status meeting — but you're not the one sitting the exam. Ace It gives your engineers scenario-based practice they'll actually use, and gives you the numbers to close out the quarter.
For the person paying the bill.
You aren't sitting for the exam — you're funding it, tracking it, and reporting on it. These are the three shapes of that job we hear most from HR and L&D buyers.
[ upskilling cohorts ]
Move a team onto a new stack.
Migration to Kubernetes, Terraform, or a new cloud vendor. Everyone needs the same baseline competency by a deadline — the group has to move together.
[ cert quotas ]
Hit the partner-tier cert count.
AWS, Red Hat and HashiCorp partner tiers require N certified engineers on staff. You're chasing a headcount number, not a specific person.
[ onboarding ]
Get new hires exam-ready in month one.
New joiners get a standing quota — one cert in the first 90 days. You want a repeatable path, not a bespoke study plan every quarter.
Three conversations. Not a self-serve flow yet.
Team accounts are early access today. You talk to a person — no click-through checkout, no employee-list importer, no buyer-side dashboard. We agree the shape of the engagement over email and take it from there.
scoping call
Tell us the rough seat count and certs.
Nothing to commit to — a first email or call to size the engagement. We come back with a per-seat price range and the payment options we can support for a team your size.
agree the shape
Decide access and reporting together.
We agree per engagement how engineers get access (individual sign-up links today), how changes to the seat list are handled (email us — no self-serve reassignment yet), and what a report should contain. Nothing is one-size-fits-all because the underlying tooling isn't built yet.
pilot
Run a small first cohort.
Early team engagements are effectively pilots. Reporting cadence and format are worked out with you rather than scheduled by the app — expect a hands-on partner, not a productized workflow.
| engineer | cert | mastered | status |
|---|---|---|---|
| a.chen@… | SAA-C03 | 142 / 165 | [ ready ] |
| m.osei@… | CKA | 87 / 120 | [ in progress ] |
| j.novak@… | TF-A-004 | 0 / 75 | [ not started ] |
| r.iyer@… | DOP-C02 | 210 / 210 | [ passed ] |
A shape you can paste into a status update.
We'd want to work out with you what should be in the report — the mastered-questions count, quiz-pass rate, and last-active date the app already tracks per user are the obvious starting point.
Bring your procurement questions.
Not every purchase belongs on a corporate card. There's no team-invoicing pipeline in the app yet — the topics below are the ones we'd want to work through with you on a call, not a promise of what's in the checkout today.
What we can accept depends on the size of the engagement and where you are — a topic for the first call, not a menu in a checkout.
Net-30 is what we'd start the conversation with. If your procurement requires something different, tell us early.
A PO reference on an invoice is a common ask — we'd work out the wording on the invoice with you before the first bill goes out.
VAT, GST, and sales-tax handling depend on jurisdiction. We'll clarify the treatment for your case before you commit.
Per-seat rate depends on the seat count. Quoted per engagement — no published tier table yet.
// let's talk
Tell us your seat count. We'll send a quote.
Rough numbers only — no hard commitment. We'll come back with a per-seat price, a sample invoice, and answers to the procurement questions you already know are coming.
